No. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already on their phone. They scan your counter QR once: the card installs in 3 seconds and stays within reach, like their bank card.
Yes: Google Wallet on Android, Apple Wallet on iPhone. It is the same card and the same rewards, whether the customer is on iPhone or Android.
You scan the QR on the customer's card from your Digikart area: 2 seconds. In points mode, you enter the amount. With the Pro plan, your employees can scan too, and your till can credit the points on its own at checkout.
Yes, with the Pro plan and depending on your POS software: at checkout, the customer's points are credited automatically, amount included, with nothing to do. Request a free compatibility study telling us your software.

Digikart Plus costs €17 per month incl. VAT and Digikart Pro €49 incl. VAT, all inclusive. What sets Digikart apart: the free plan has no cap on customers and carries the merchant's brand, where the others compared offer no free plan at all.

No. The Free plan is free, with no duration and no commitment. The Plus and Pro subscriptions are paid monthly or yearly, with no commitment either way, with 3 and 14 free days, and you can cancel at any time. Paying yearly gives 2 months free: €170 a year for Plus, €490 for Pro.
On the Free plan: the business name, the card colour, the title, the reward and how it works (stamps, or points based on the amount spent). The Plus plan adds your logo, a completely free-form banner image (Canva template provided), reward tiers, the welcome bonus and even the unit names. The Pro plan includes everything in the Plus plan.
No: no detail is required to get the card. First name, birthday and phone number are optional. And no paid SMS: with the Pro plan, your offers arrive as notifications directly on the card, free and without limit.
Digikart is 100% digital. For the rare customers without a smartphone, keep a paper card as a backup; the two coexist perfectly well during the transition.
